1. Completing an order / Payments / Collections
You can find the previous collections in the lookbook menu section. Our webshop is constantly being updated with new items from our latest season collection(s). If you are looking for a product/item from some previous seasons, we recommend visiting the lookbook menu. Still have some questions about the previous collections? Please contact us in the contact menu on our website. Check out our Instagram page for more history about the brand.
To complete your order in our official webshop, follow the payment stages in the checkout. Once you have confirmed the contents of your cart, choose your the payment method you want and continue ordering. Something got wrong? Don't hesitate to contact us.
Some items/products are out of stock but you can still see them in the webshop or lookbook page. Once it said "sold out", you cannot buy the item/product anymore. Feel free to contact us and asked us about a specific item/product.
It's not possible to give us a call and order by phone. Ofcourse it's possible to order an item with your smartphone by using the webshop.
Some discount codes does not work on top of other discounts. So for example; if there is an item on sale for 20% off, then you cannot use another discount code on top of that to get extra discount. Gift cards are always usable. You can buy them in the webshop.
Once the order is placed and confirmed, we cannot change that order. It is not possible to change the color or size of an item. You can always cancel an order if it has not already been processed, by remove the item(s) in the cart/checkout.
We have many possibilities of secure payment options.
PayPal is an online payment system, originally intended for payments between personal digital assistants. The system acts as an intermediary for online and mobile payments between individuals, online sellers and webshops. Only an e-mail address is required to pay by the PayPal website or app.
• Credit Cards
A creditcard is a payment card for purchases that are only paid afterwards, in contrast to a debit card where the amount is charged directly from the account. The payment can be done in two ways.
1. automatic debit of the linked current account for the collected amount spent in the past period (often one month).
2. ad hoc debiting of part of the outstanding balance (often prescribed by law) with interest on the remaining amount to be settled later.
- When using a credit card, a (personal) loan is taken out from a legal point of view. This explains why the application for a credit card always requires a credit check by the issuer (often a financial institution). In the Benelux most banks work together with MasterCard and VISA, but there are also various bank-independent credit cards.
There are a number of puns in the name of this method of online payment, namely: i-deal (a deal over the internet), I deal (English, I trade), and ideal (English, ideal). The iDEAL service is a Dutch standard for making internet payments and is the property of Currence. A very fast and save payment method.
• Apple Pay
A fast and simple way for you to purchase your item(s). Apple Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service that allows users to make payments in person, in iOS apps, and on the web using Safari. It is supported on the iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac. It digitizes and can replace a credit or debit card chip and PIN transaction at a contactless-capable point-of-sale terminal. It does not require Apple Pay-specific contactless payment terminals; it works with any merchant that accepts contactless payments. It adds two-factor authentication via Touch ID, Face ID, PIN, or passcode. Devices wirelessly communicate with point of sale systems using near field communication (NFC), with an embedded secure element (eSE) to securely store payment data and perform cryptographic functions, and Apple's Touch ID and Face ID for biometric authentication.
• Google Pay
Google Pay (stylized as G Pay; formerly Pay with Google and Android Pay) is a digital wallet and online payment system developed by Google to power in-app, online, and in-person contactless purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets, or watches.
Visa Debit is a huge brand of debit card issued by Visa in many countries around the world. Many banks and financial institutions issue Visa Debit cards to their customers for access to their bank accounts.

After the authorisation, a transaction can still fail. If the transaction fails after that, the funds will still be reserved on your bank account. Although they have not been debited, they may appear to have been collected. Please note that after authorisation the reserve can last up to 30 working days before it is lifted. This may change depending on banks and credit providers.
Here are some reasons:
- The card limit has been reached
- The card information entered is wrong
- The card does not allow online transactions
- The card does not allow international transactions
- The billing address does not match with the cardholder details
- The card reached the maximum number of charges allowed in a period
- Depending on your country, you might have to call your bank to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border or overseas transactions
In other cases the reasons are less obvious and may relate to the ever increasing fraud prevention and other security measures implemented by credit card companies to protect the cardholder against card abuse.

2. My account
It's possible to order without an account. But if you sign up for an account, you will receive many benefits. Want to create an account? You will need to have a valid email address and choose your own personal password to access your personal area. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
